We ship worldwide from regional fulfilment partners. Small goods typically arrive in 3–6 business days; saunas, cold plunges and massage chairs are freight items and are scheduled with you directly after purchase.

Unused apparel and accessories may be returned within 30 days. Large recovery equipment is covered by a 14-day inspection window and a full manufacturer warranty.
